1. Free Gift Eligibility and Value
During the specified promotional period, customers who meet the designated purchase threshold will receive the free gift, valued at 0 USD, which will be reflected in the shopping cart.
2. Shipping of Free Gifts
Free gifts may be shipped together with the main order to the designated shipping address or separately at a later date. If the free gift includes a voucher, the voucher may be sent to the order’s email address in electronic form. If you do not receive the voucher in your email inbox due to technical issues, please contact us for a replacement.
3. Refund and Free Gift Return
If a refund is requested, either in part or in full, the free gift must be returned unused along with the refunded items. Failure to return the free gift will result in a one-time charge equivalent to the original value of the free gift. Exceptions include:
a. If the refund is due to an error or issue caused by OAPOR, the free gift may be allowed to be retained, with the final decision made by the OAPOR team;
b. If the refund is partial and caused by the consumer, the retention of the free gift will be subject to the promotional policy in effect at the time, with the OAPOR team making the final decision.
