Shipping policy

During checkout, the guest can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options for delivery to every state in the U.S. or to other countries (USA, USD  $ - default):

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is always FREE on orders of 3 full-size items or more within the US. We also offer express shipping options, and these shipping rates can be viewed at checkout.

Orders under 3 full-size items will be charged a shipping fee of at least 15 USD.
Orders under 20 USD will be charged a shipping fee of at least 20 USD.

Do you have international shipping?
Absolutely.

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of 3 full-size items or more (or equivalent in other currencies) in select countries and regions[1] for a limited time[2].

Orders under 30 USD will be charged a shipping fee of at least 50 USD.

We will make sure you get the products you want. Just enter your full address and we will take it from there. Plus, for free shipping orders, we'll assist you with customs duties and you won't have to pay any additional fees! (All you need to do is place your order and wait for the package to be delivered to your doorstep without any other actions or fees!)

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP[2] will incur relevant import duties and taxes. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL(or other logistics carriers) or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will be notified at every stage of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been picked up and is in transit. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?
If you are in the continental US, your product should arrive within 1-5 business days from being dropped off at the shipping facility. Please note that we are a small team that takes the weekends off! If you place an order over the weekend, we will fulfill orders and ship on the following workday. 
- Free Standard: 1 to 5 business days. 

In the US, APO, FPO, DPO, and remote addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are unavailable for fast express service and require longer shipping times.

For international orders, shipping time is within 10 business days (not including customs processing time).

Please note that it may not be possible to perform at the times listed above for handmade perfumes/oils, personally customized perfumes/oils, or any other products that involve handmade and personal customization.

Delivery failure due to consumer liability
Incorrect shipping address or other shipping information, unaccepted packages at the time of delivery, and failure to respond to emails regarding requests for additional information from customs for more than 72 hours (international shipments) are considered causes of delivery failure caused by the consumer. OAPOR will not be liable for delivery failures due to consumer liability.
