Refund policy
All OAPOR's eligible purchases have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligible purchases for return and exchange
1. The purchases of full-size products do not include gift cards, coupons, vouchers, free items, final sale items, gifts, samples, any sets, or set bundles.
2. Purchases must be made on www.OAPOR.com and shipped within the US. Purchases from offline stores or other websites are excluded.
Try, Then Decide
Try, Then Decide is an exchange and return guarantee for the perfume product of eligible purchases. You have 72 hours from receipt to try our perfume products before making a final decision:
1. continue to use our perfumes,
2. or choose to exchange them once for free,
3. or choose to return them and get a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some products or promotions offer a longer time for trial, please refer to the product description or promotion details at the time of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@oapor.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Some OAPOR products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties—please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special custom orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (oils, shower gels, shampoos, hand creams, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free gifts, final sale items*, or gift cards.
*Final sale items: items with more than 50% off discount, or as otherwise noted at the time of sale.
Exchanges
Here at OAPOR, we encourage exchanges if you have any issues with the style you purchased. All orders and pre-orders can be returned for free exchanges or store credit within 7 days of your order being purchased.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@oapor.com.
Free Gift Non-Return/Usage
For consumer-initiated returns where the complimentary gift is not returned or has been opened/consumed, the value of the free gift (up to the equivalent amount stated in the Free Gift Terms) will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Fees
If applicable under specific circumstances, we will charge your credit card or deduct the amount from your store credit balance to cover the fees total.
Overseas return processing fee: $15.50 per shipping (applies to consumer-initiated returns from overseas military addresses)
Consumer-initiated domestic return shipping fee: $15.50 per shipping (in the absence of a free return, or returns from multiple addresses)
Overseas Orders
Orders outside of the continental United States are considered Overseas Orders. Overseas orders will not be included in the description of all return policies on this website.
